      Brian Garish President

      Brian Garish


      As president of Banfield Pet Hospital, Brian Garish leads the vision and strategic direction of the practice. He holds a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Indiana University in Indianapolis and serves on the board of the Banfield Foundation. Brian resides in Camas, Washington, and has two cats named Ashin and Kenji. He enjoys reading as well as playing tennis and basketball.

       Mony Iver Chief Operating Officer

      Chief Operating Officer

      Mony Iyer leads Banfield’s field and operations teams across our more than 1,000 hospitals and Central Team Support. He provides strategic direction for future business growth with responsibility for new hospital openings, commercial and real estate. Mony has a master’s in computer engineering as well as an MBA from Duke University. In his free time, Mony enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, as well as the family’s German Shepherd, Max, mini lop rabbit, Cinnabun, and hamster, Ellie.

      Molly McAllister, DVM, MPH

      Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer

      Dr. Molly McAllister is responsible for setting and achieving the overall vision for veterinary medicine at Banfield Pet Hospital, ensuring the practice remains at the forefront of quality pet care. She graduated from Oregon State University’s College of Veterinary Medicine and holds a master’s degree in Public Health from the University of Minnesota. Dr. McAllister lives in Camas, Washington, with her family, including three dogs, two cats and a horse. In her free time, she enjoys sharing her love of animals and the outdoors with her husband and two young children.

       Lisa Stockmon Chief Marketing Officer

      Lisa Stockmon

      Chief Marketing Officer

      Lisa Stockmon leads Banfield Pet Hospital’s marketing team and is responsible for managing our brand reputation, client and digital experience, and for driving product innovation to further position Banfield as the leader in pet health and wellness. She graduated from Dartmouth College and has an MBA in marketing and strategic management from the University of Pennsylvania. Lisa has two children and a rescue Terrier mix named Wilma.

      Ludek Janousek Chief Financial Officer

      Ludek Janousek

      Chief Financial Officer

      Ludek Janousek oversees Banfield Pet Hospital’s financial division. He is responsible for providing strategic oversight and direction for various financial functions including governance, payroll, accounting, tax and treasury. Ludek has a master’s degree in International Business from the University of Economics in Prague, Czech Republic, and in his free time enjoys sports, technology and travel. He and his family relocated from Singapore to Camas, Washington.

      ​​Dr. Lee Nelson

      ​​Dr. Lee Nelson

      Vice President, Business Effectiveness

      Dr. Lee Nelson is responsible for improving efficiency across the enterprise, helping to ensure exceptional delivery of strategic projects and initiatives to accelerate growth and transformation. Dr. Nelson earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and her veterinary medical degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She also has a master's in public health from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and a certificate of executive leadership from the Carlson School of Management. Dr. Nelson lives with her wife and their two young daughters. She loves snowboarding, cross-country skiing and visiting her college-aged twin boys as often as possible.

      Anthony Guerrieri Senior Vice President

      Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs

      Anthony Guerrieri is responsible for driving Banfield Pet Hospital’s strategic business communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives that positively impact corporate and brand reputation. He leads internal and external communications, meetings and events, public affairs and corporate social responsibility for the practice. Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from New York University. He and his wife have three young daughters and relocated from New Jersey to Camas, Washington. Anthony is an avid foodie who enjoys running and traveling.

      Megan Croce

      Senior Vice President, Legal

      Megan Croce is responsible for overseeing all Banfield Pet Hospital’s legal affairs including providing strategic legal counsel to our management team, supporting the continued evolution of our governance and compliance programs, managing the Legal team and overseeing our network of external legal counsel. She has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Denver and a juris doctorate degree from Pepperdine University. Megan enjoys reading, date nights with her husband, Bjorn, and traveling. She and Bjorn live in Camas, Washington, with their two young sons, Boden and Leo.
